2019 WPH RFC 11 R48 Pre Qualifier + 1-Wall Singles Full Preview

The World Players of Handball is thrilled to kick off the 13-event 2019/20 R48 IX season with longest running WPH event, the WPH’s Rodney Fink Classic. The July 13-14 RFC 11 will be a R48 IX Pre Qualifier, with the highest finisher in the RFC 11 not ranked inside the R48 8 Elite 8 receiving a R48 main draw direct entry into the 2019/20 R48 9 Atlanta (October 4, 2019) and a travel stipend to Hotlanta.

The RFC 11 will also feature 1-Wall small ball singles on Sunday, July 14, 4-Wall B singles, 4-Wall Playoff singles, as well as JR WPH junior handball clinics. Irish Race 4 Eight rising stars Niall O’Connor, David Walsh, and Fiona Tully will be joined in the outstanding RFC 11 draw by Canadian stars and the best players from Pittsburgh, Ohio, and Missouri.

WPH RACE 4 EIGHT: The World Players of Handball’s 2019/20 Race 4 Eight 9 Powered by ESPN features R48 stops in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, Oregon, Montana, Louisiana, Texas, Texas, California, and Utah, all culminating with The Player’s Championship in Utah in May of 2020. Similar to Nascar’s Nextel Cup and the FedEx PGA Playoffs, players earn points in the Race 4 Eight’s regular season stops to qualify for the season-ending Player’s Championship and bonus prizes.
