On this edition of the WPH Coaching Center, WPH Master Instructor David Fink discusses various dynamic warm-up exercises to get your heart pumping and have you ready to hit the ground running when the match starts. Dynamic exercises include line jumps, wall sits, jumping jacks, x and y footwork drills, sprints, leg kicks, shadow swings, frog jumps, jogging, side steps, ladder, jump rope, cones, planks, butt kickers, and more.
