Tucson, AZ – The World Players of Handball [WPH Live TV] celebrated its 10th anniversary this past month by broadcasting the USHA 4 Wall National Handball Championships in Fountain Valley, CA, a week after announcing their intent to film and broadcast the World Handball Championships from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, this August. “Just as the candles were being blown out, the biggest announcement to date came across my desk,” says WPH Executive Director, Dave Vincent. “ESPN & the WatchESPN App will be a part of our Race4Eight Professional 4 Wall Handball Tour in 2015-16, now entering our fifth season.” The WPH and ESPN signed a seven stop deal in 2014, to include the Race4Eight Professional Handball Tour and Vegas 3WallBall Outdoor Worlds that aired on ESPN & the WatchESPN App to thousands of viewers.
