You have probably seen the black and yellow bands hanging from the ceiling at your gym. What are they?

According to the TRX homepage HERE, TRX Training is a suspension training system that uses your bodyweight and gravity to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, power, core strength, and heart health with seven basic movements for a lifetime of personalized and challenging home workouts.

The seven simple TRX moves are Push, Pull, Plank, Hinge, Lunge, Squat, and Rotate.
