The vibrant Juarez handball community and the World Players of Handball are proud to present the 2026 Abierto Mexicano de Handball R48 Men’s Pro LTE September 11-13, 2026.
The 2026 Abierto Mexicano de Handball R48 Men’s Pro LTE will kickoff the 2026/27 Race 4 Eight season and promises to be a sensational event, thanks in large part to the boisterous and enthusiastic Juarez galleries and sensational organization and hospitality. The handball-crazed Juarez fans bring unmatched energy, galvanizing the players to raise their games and intensity.
Expect to see many of the game’s top stars competing in the 2026 Abierto LTE, as each R48 pro will be eager to start his season with a good result on the seven-month march towards the Stalsberg Cup

WPH RACE 4 EIGHT: The World Players of Handball’s 2026/27 Race 4 Eight Tour features Race 4 Eight stops from California to Mexico, all culminating with The Player’s Championship. Similar to NASCAR’s Nextel Cup and the FedEx PGA Playoffs, players earn points in the Race 4 Eight’s regular season stops to qualify for the season-ending Player’s Championship and bonus prizes.
