The WPH is thrilled to present to WPH Memory Mondays (video) during the ongoing handball quarantine, featuring your favorite Race 4 Eight pros discussing their favorite handball memories, who inspired them to become a Race 4 Eight pro, their favorite tournament and the best player they’ve ever played. You won’t dread Monday mornings any longer!

Omar Lemus is one of the most passionate handball ambassadors in the country, selflessly working to grow the game on a daily basis. Omar has been the tournament director of the hugely successful Race 4 Eight Houston event, serving as one the Lone Star State’s handball superstars. Omar attends several R48 events per season, working the cameras on the WPH Film Crew for up to 12 hours a day (or more) and has been with the team some 15 years. Omar is a master of connecting the players to the fans through video storytelling and one of the WPH’s pioneers who has enabled the WPH to inspire thousands of new and current handball players.
