2021 WPH Coaching Center w/Dave Fink: Two-handed Swing

On this edition of the WPH Coaching Center, WPH Master Instructor David Fink explains the importance of using the non-hitting arm to rotate the upper body against the hips, creating a two-handed swing to allow the upper body to store energy in the core and uncoil into the shot.

DV also serves as the Executive Director of the World Player of Handball at the WPH headquarters in Tucson, AZ, working daily to grow the game of handball through innovation.
