On this edition of the WPH Coaching Center, WPH Master Instructor David Fink discusses how you can improve your off-hand to mirror your strong hand, starting with overhand and sidearm throws with both hands and eventually overhand and sidearm handball shots with both hands….with of course, a lot of repetitions.
