WPH Outdoor 2016 WallBall Gold Cup Schedule: May in Vegas, Next Up!

3/18/16, Santa Fe Springs, CA-  With the Iceman 4 Wall tournament in Stockton, plus Los Nietos 3 Wall event behind us, the WPH Outdoor announces new terminology to better explain the use of the Big Ball at future events, while gearing up for the Golden Park 1 Wall tournament in Downey, California, April 9th & 10th.  “When we use the big ball, we will call it WallBall, moving forward,” says WPH Outdoor Director, Tom Flores.  “WallBall International Federation, led by Glenn Hall, has future hopes of getting our sport into the Olympics and beyond.  Unifying the name of our sport is a damn good start.”  WPH Outdoor had already adopted the WallBall name when the season finale of the 3WallBall Outdoor Worlds in Las Vegas rolls around each September; however, WPH will now use the term each time the big ball is used.

“This season features WallBall stops at 1 wall, 3 wall and 4 wall courts,” barks Flores.  “We are going to have a diverse group of WallBall ranked pros by the time Vegas hits us.”  Flores reminds us that anyone can play on the WPH Outdoor WallBall Gold Cup, and that 1 Wall, then 4 Wall, followed by 3 Wall are still to come, as the players and fans Race2Vegas (Sept 2106).
