Handball For Heart Health

On this edition of the WPH Coaching Center, WPH Master Instructor David Fink discusses Handball for Heart Health. Handball is the most demanding activity you can do, allowing you to push your limits with each match. Handball offers its players the opportunity to build heart health by maintaining a high heartbeat throughout a match. If you do not already have an Apple Watch or Fitbit, start using one and see if you can average 150 beats per minute during your matches, and if you can, you will be amongst the top one percent of all conditioned athletes.
