The Salt Lake City Aces Players Championship, by WPH & ESPN, has become a bonafied Handball Major and by now you come to expect the best competition, most fun and best hospitality. Well, this season’s finale of the WPH Race4Eight Professional Handball Tour won’t be any different.

SPECIAL FAQ’s ANSWERED:

Hotel: The Crystal Inn (1.5 miles away) in Midvalley, brings the, “$84.00 per night Thursday-Monday special,” with discount code of ACES18. Call to make your reservation: 1-801-293-2051 (Rate subject to availability. Taxes and fees may apply). The Crystal Inn has a shuttle to and from the airport -AND- to and from the sports venue (Sports Mall). Use your tabs on R2sports for even more details.

Student/Novice & Early Entry Discount – Your first division fee has been reduced to a flat $50.00. Please use the Code: STUDENT/NOVICE in the coupon section at check out. Discounts will not be made at the tournament desk. Additionally, there is an early entry discount of $15 when entering before April 19th, 2018. A late fee of $50 will be added when entering AFTER the posted deadline; with fee increases at the tournament desk. All entry fee money is remitted to Ace Disp., LLC; meanwhile, WPH Pro Prize Money paid out by WPH.

 

WPH Qualifiers begin play at 9am on Friday; Qualifiers play one game matches to 25; win by two; with up to eight qualifier winners; this bracket could cap at ANY NUMBER pending court availability.

WPH Main Draw Elite Men’s “Sweet-16” bracket will begin after 11am on Friday; Main draw men consists of players ranked in the top eight that have met player responsibilities; Matches played w/ 15-15-15 format; win by two; the elite eight players will be waiting on the qualifier winners in the Rd of 16.

WPH Women & Senior 40+ will start after 4pm on Friday; WPH women may see creative bracketing & formats—pending total number of players; 40+ Legends will play one game matches to 25; win by two.

– 

Some Aces divisions may begin as early as 10am on Friday; an overall player cap will be set at 100-130; so first come first serve.

 

Saturday Night Banquet – All play stops early on Saturday night, as the full tournament screeches to a halt for the biggest most bad-ass meal in handball banquet lore.
