Courtesy of the USHA – Every Labor Day weekend, on the grounds of the Lucas County Rec Center in northwestern Ohio, the USHA National Three-Wall Championships draws players from around the country and world to compete in the five-day event. Held September 1-5, this year’s tournament, hosted by the Toledo Handball Club for the 42nd year, promises to deliver the best outdoor handball at the best three-wall facility in the country.
Eight three-wall courts equipped with lighting allow the tournament to continue day-or-night while the Toledo Cooks provide hospitality cranking out awesome brats, burgers, dogs and more as well as the Saturday roast next to the legendary beer truck and tent!
The Lucas County Rec Center boasts the best regulation one-wall courts in the Midwest, which will be used for a Wallball Doubles event. This year, both Big Ball Three-wall Doubles and Wallball One-Wall Doubles have been added, and Open players are allowed to enter THREE events this year, provided one event is small ball singles.*
