What are your goals in handball going forward: Play a few tournaments, have to be careful with my shoulder, but I would like to be competitive on the 40+ pro tour

What are your goals for the SR48 season:  Become top 3 on the SR48

Favorite handball tournament:  Simple Green U.S. Open at Los Cab Nationals, always a great event and the best venue

How do you prepare for Senior Race 4 Eight events: Cross training, interval training, handball 1X per week, tennis 2-3X per week, lift weights.

What do you love about handball: The competition with myself, such a tough sport; you really have to be in the zone mentally and physically to play at your best.

 

Favorite pro player (now or ever):  John Kendler, Tati Sylvera, tough choice

How would you describe your game: I play an all around game, I can wear my opponents down at times, I can dig a lot of balls to stay in the rally

What is your best shot: serve down the right, right corner kill

Given the choice, what top R48 would you most like to play: Moreno, Naty Jr.

Who has inspired you to play this game at such a high level: My dad, Gary Hamel

 

Who do you think is the best player of all time: Paul Brady
