On July 21-22, we had great fellowship, great competition, great weather and great brats – that about says it all. Twenty players from Fargo-Moorhead, Grand Forks, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Billings, MT, and Tucson, AZ brought life to the outdoor one-wall courts in Island Park. The tournament tested those not in playing shape and sprung minor injuries on others, but all made it through. Participants celebrated victory and almost victory by quenching their thirst and refueling their energy both Friday night at Rhombus Guys Pizza and Saturday night at Sidestreet Grille & Pub. A special toast was made to honor the late great Steve Kraft.
Thanks went out to Kent and Dee Jones for managing the wayward players to their courts on time. Mark Winkelman, who did not even play, was applauded for being the chef at lunch on Saturday. We hope to see everyone next year!
Also, a special thank you to the many F-M Handball Club members who donated the money needed to fund the snacks/fruit/hydration provided throughout the tournament, the entire Friday night social, the entire Saturday lunch, and the beverages at the Saturday night social – all players and fans appreciated the hospitality made possible by your generosity!!!

Support Minnesota One-Wall, August 11-13: Many Minnesota players attend and support F-M Handball Club tournaments in Fargo. If you love to play one-wall and don’t have plans for August 11-13, consider playing in the 2023 Chris Foley Memorial Wallball Tournament. Additional details for this tournament are provided below in the list of August tournaments.
47th Annual Rudy Harris Four-Wall Tournament, September 22-23: Don’t wait until the last minute – get in your entry form for “The Rudy” as soon as you can! In addition to great competition, this tournament also provides a Friday Night Social, Saturday lunch, and a Saturday Night Banquet.
