Sunday Stats: The Irish Times/Sport Ireland Sportswoman Award for September Martina McMahon

This Sunday we’ll take a look at the 2020 Irish Times/Sport Ireland Sportswoman Award Winner (September 2020) Martina McMahon.

McMahon was awarded the Irish Times/Sport Ireland Sportswoman Award for September 2020, being described as a once in a generation talent. McMahon won her third All Ireland 60×30 softball title in a row, and her fourth overall, beating Kilkenny’s Ciara Mahon in the final in the fall of 2020.

DV brings 25 years of broadcast radio experience (in Oregon and California) to World Players of Handball & ESPN broadcasts and provides professionalism and wit to the amazing game of handball. DV also serves as the Executive Director of the World Player of Handball at the WPH headquarters in Tucson, AZ, working daily to grow the game of handball through innovation.
