Starting in 2020, the WPH has allowed handball fans to get to know their favorite players, fans, and supporters through the WPH Rapid Fire Challenge. The WPH Rapid Fire Challenge peels the onion of our handball heroes, from their toughest rivals and matches to their favorite athletes and movies. Some have said the WPH Rapid Fire Challenge is even tougher than an 11-10 tiebreaker!

On today’s WPH Rapid Fire Challenge, the WPH puts Ryan Bowler on the hot seat.

The “Bowl Dog” is one of the most tenacious players in the sport, always willing to do the grunt work to make matches a battle of skill and will. Bowler is the highest-ranked Canadian R48 pro in history, proudly representing the Great White North as he travels to R48 events across the U.S. With R48 wins against Emmett Peixoto, Loren Collado, and Billy O’Donnell, Bowler has proven that he’s a force against the sport’s top stars. Now, let’s see if that tenaciousness translates to the WPH Rapid Fire Challenge!

Now that I’ve Rapid Fired, check out my website on how do you recover more quickly to play more handball! I’ve been fighting injuries and pain for several years, and so I decided to launch a website dedicated to muscle recovery. There’s a wide range of products on sale to help with staying fit, avoiding injuries, and recovering quicker after workouts, which is ideal for after tough handball matches. I’ve used a variety of the tools to help me keep my pain in check, and heal up. My favourite is the Elite20 Percussion Massager, I use it all the time, and it really does help make me feel better, be it after a game, or just when waking up sore in the morning. We also post workouts, articles, and videos to help keep you fit, so be sure to check us out even if you’re not looking for anything.
