Race 4 Eight Thrills on ESPN: Support the Broadcast (Video)

Tucson, AZ, WPH Press, 5/7/25

The Race 4 Eight wrapped its thirteenth season and twelfth year on ESPN with an electrifying 2024/25 finale at the Aces Player’s Championship in Salt Lake City (WATCH HERE).

Thanks to the World Players of Handball (WPH) Foundation donors and members, Race 4 Eight events stream monthly on ESPN+, despite ESPN not covering broadcast costs. Each broadcast—featuring top-tier talent, equipment, consultants, and engineers—costs more than $15,000, with an additional $20,000 to $30,000 per event for prize money and other expenses.

The WPH broadcast team, including Emmy-winning producers, seasoned media personalities, skilled camera operators, and veteran commentators, delivers a world-class viewing experience that rivals any sport.

As a 501(c)(3) foundation, the WPH relies entirely on donor generosity to survive. Without your support, these broadcasts and the growth of handball would not be possible.
