Race 4 Eight Rankings Post 2024 Chapman Memorial

The St. Louis Chapman Memorial was the fourth Race 4 Eight event of the 2023/24 Race 4 Eight season, featuring the fourth R48 Men’s Pro event of the season and the second WR48 and second SR48 event of the season.

Lucho Cordova retained his R48 #1 ranking by advancing to the final of the 2024 Chapman Memorial, while Danos Cordova climbed ahead of Martin Mulkerrins into the number two spot, tying his career-high ranking (2020) and making the Cordova brothers the top two ranked players in the world.

Killian Carroll entered the 2024 Chapman Memorial ranked number eight, but following his twenty-third Race 4 Eight title, climbed into the top five.

Daniel “Tomahilan” Relihan made his Race 4 Eight debut in St. Louis and advanced to the quarterfinals, placing him well inside the Race 4 Eight top twenty.

Catriona Casey retained her number one WR48 ranking by winning her twenty-seventh Race 4 Eight title, while Ireland’s Ciana Ni Churraoin cracked the WR48 top seven in her first WR48 start in more than three years after making her sixth final at the 2024 Chapman Memorial. WR48 debutant Niamh Heffernan soared into the WR48 top nine after her third place finish in St. Louis.

David Fink continues to stand atop the SR48 mountain, winning his eleventh consecutive SR48 title and thirteenth overall, while David Munson advanced to the SR48 Chapman Memorial final in his first SR48 start to move into the SR48 top four.

Seniors Rankings Methodology (PDF)

The R48 Men’s Pros have four events remaining on the 2023/24 season, while the WR48 have two events and the SR48 pros have one remaining event on the season.
