This will be the last regular-season stop of the WPH Race4Eight Professional Handball Tour of 2018/19 before the big Player’s Championship in Salt Lake City (May 17th, 2019) and you are invited! The Olympic Club Invitational has become a tradition filled with rich history and amazing handball. This event will be capped (under 100 participants) and will be on a first come-first serve basis.

All Dates, Times and Locations have been approved by the United States Handball Association; Our Governing Body of the Sport
 
Schedule: WPH Qualifier (to be capped) will begin as early as Thursday evening (contact the WPH if you cannot play Thursday late afternoon); main draw Pro Men & Pro Women will begin after 1pm on Friday. Olympic Club Invitational to begin Thursday. Do to winning a Pre Qualifier event earlier in the season, John Wayne Cortez (CA) has chosen this stop to qualify. This means, there will only be 7 qualifier brackets (7 brackets of 5 players); w/Cortez in the 8th bracket already qualified. WPH could expand to add more qualifiers, pending court availability and player willingness to play Thursday. To get on the qualifier waiting list, or to ask questions, please contact the WPH. Since its inception, the World Players of Handball has broadcast over 1,500 matches live. Dave Vincent serves as the lead play-by-play announcer for virtually all matches, combining his unique perspective and personality with a lifetime of handball experience. DV brings 25 years of broadcast radio experience (in Oregon and California) to World Players of Handball & ESPN broadcasts and provides professionalism and wit to the amazing game of handball. DV also serves as the Executive Director of the World Player of Handball at the WPH headquarters in Tucson, AZ, working daily to grow the game of handball through innovation.
