May 25th-27th, in Tucson, Arizona, the Annual Armed Forces Memorial Day Handball Tournament will take place and you are invited! Deadline is Monday, May 21st or by contacting Fred Lewis or Vince San Angelo.

This year, The #1 player on the WPH Race4Eight Professional Handball Tour, Killian Carroll (IRE), will make a visit to the event as the #1 seed, followed by WPH Player’s Championship finalist, from Tucson, AZ, Sean Lenning (Current Rank #2). #3 & #4 ranked pros, Armando Ortiz (CA) and Dave Fink (AZ) are also in the event; meanwhile, #12 Ranked Braulio Ruiz (AZ) and Abraham Montijo (Ranked #18, also from Tucson, Arizona) bring the event seven of the top 18 players on the pro tour.
Prize money for the pros breaks down like this:
Singles:
1st: $2000, 2nd: $1000, 3rd/4th: $500/$500, 5th-8th: $250 each
Doubles:
1st: $1000/$1000, 2nd: $500/$500, 3rd/4th: $250/$250, $250/$250
This event is a benefit tournament for the Fred Lewis Foundation, as they recognize those in the armed forces that have served or are currently serving to protect our country.
There are multiple divisions to enter, junior clinics and brackets to play in, so please do come and enjoy!

Dates: Play will start at 9 AM, Friday, May 25th.
Entry fee: $60 per player for first event, $20 for second event; Juniors and students, $30.
Fee includes T-shirt and hospitality.
Deadline: Entries must include fees and be received by Monday, May 21st. Seeding committee reserves the right to reclassify or deny any entry, as well as combine or cancel divisions.
TRC or local players Entering: Make Checks payable to The Fred Lewis Foundation. (TRC players can give application to Vince, Fred Lewis, or Charlie Wicker.)
