On this edition of the WPH Coaching Center, WPH Master Instructor David Fink is joined by rising R48 pro Ivan Burgos to discuss and demonstrate the Underhand Fist Punch. “This is a highly technical shot because there is not much surface area on your hand,” stated Burgos. “I try to make contact slightly in front but not too far away from my body or too close because I would lose power. I am aiming down the walls and making sure the ball does not come off the back wall. You need to be sideways with your feet to get that extra power and swing with a locked elbow.”
