“We have been thrilled with the first seven editions of this event and we are aiming to continue the great tradition we have built each fall at the Portland Classic,” stated Portland Classic tournament director Conor Casey. “Adding an official WPH Pro Tour Stop to ‘The Classic’ is a huge boost to the event and the PNW handball community. Our goal is to attract top players from around the country and with the advent of the WPHLiveTV Team, our MAC stands will be packed and rocking with excitement.”
“Martin Mulkerrins has dominated the Portland Classic since 2022, winning four straight titles in commanding fashion and creating a one-man dynasty at the Portland Classic,” stated the WPH’s David Fink. “Martin will be the favorite heading into the 2026 Classic but he will face a number of the top players in the sport as he aims for a five-peat.”
