The second Icebreaker of the 2022 Icebreaker summer series kicks off at the WPH’s Clark Park on August 19, with the largest small ball pro singles draw in Icebreaker history. Pro players and fans will be able to beat the heat at Clark Park for the first time, as lights will be installed for the weekend to allow for evening matches.
Lucho Cordova was dominant in winning his first Icebreaker at the summer’s first Icebreaker event in July and will be the favorite in the loaded 26-player small ball pro singles field that includes eleven ranked pros and four former Icebreaker champions.
Two-time Icebreaker pro singles champion Brian Medina leads a strong big ball field that includes a contingent of Southern California’s best, along with several cross over stars.
