The Race 4 Eight is back! The WPH is thrilled to present the seven-stop, 2021/22 Race 4 Eight 10 Men’s Pro season. Please see below for the schedule, entries, rules, and player guidelines. See you on the tour.

Stop #1: **Free Entry** The Memorial ($50k in prize money – Win a junior event, get free entry in the USHA Junior 4 Wall Nationals in December), November 5-7, 2021, Tucson, AZ, Enter HERE

Stop #2: *USHA Four Wall Nationals, December 9-12, 2021, Nashville, TN, Enter HERE

Stop #3: Holiday Icebreaker/R48 Stop #3 (3 Wall Outdoor), December 18-19, Tucson, AZ, Enter HERE

Stop #4: January Classic, January 15-16, 2022, Tucson, AZ, Enter HERE

Stop #5: TX State Doubles, February 18-20, 2022, Houston, TX, Enter HERE

Stop #6: USHA Hall of Fame, March 5-6, 2022, Tucson, AZ, Enter HERE

Stop #7: Player’s Championship, April 8-10, 2022, Salt Lake City, UT, Enter HERE

  • The WPH will have cash payouts at all stops except the USHA 4 Wall Nationals in December (2021); All stop results, to include the USHA 4 Wall Nationals and Outdoor 3 Wall Icebreaker events used to calculate the rankings.
  • All tournaments prior to the Salt Lake City Aces Player’s Championship will be open draws (no qualifiers), with the seeding for the first six WPH events done by the WPH seeding committee; The WPH seeding committee will not consist of a player or players entered in the draw; the committee may consult players for seeding questions.
  • Ranking points and prize money MAY be given to the top 16 players at any event, pending entries received, available prize money, level of competition and if playoffs are offered.  See the WPH for details.
  • Season-ending bonuses will be given to the Elite Eight Men if all tour stops are played; those tied in points will split bonus money if no other means to un-break the tie is available (head-to-head matchups, most points scored, most events played, etc) See WPH if you have questions.
  • The Salt Lake City Aces Player’s Championship will include a qualifier and will be seeded based on the results from the best four of the player’s first six Race 4 Eight 10 ranking events (Updated Mar, 2022)
  • Draws will aim to reduce/eliminate repeat matchups from one event to the next
  • Season-ending rankings will be based on the best 5 out of 7 results
  • All players must be USHA and WPH members to participate in open/pro events that offer prize money.  There is no exception.
  • All players will follow local city/government and club COVID-19 mandates and rules.  No exceptions.

Race 4 Eight Player Code and Guidelines

All players playing on the 2021/22 Race 4 Eight tour will be asked to:

  • Wear WPH gear in all filmed matches (if you need WPH gear, please visit thehandballstore.com)
  • Ref (call the score only) one time after a loss on the same court; one additional volunteer time (see the WPH for the ref schedule)
  • Help coach a junior or adult clinic once during the season, if asked
  • Announce one match per event, if asked

Regular USHA Rules Apply unless further stated.  Please check this schedule often for updates.  WPH reserves the right to change dates, postpone events and cancel tournaments based on player or employee health concerns.
