The Simple Green US Open of Handball & 26th Naty Alvarado Classic returns to the Los Caballeros Sports Village in Fountain Valley, CA, for another exciting major October 20th -23rd, 2016, as the World Players of Handball joins the team to bring stop #1 of the professional tour named, The Race4Eight [R48Pro]. The R48Pro will kick off the 2016/17 season in full force as Women’s Pro, Men’s Elite & Senior 40+ stars will be on display. “We do not have qualifiers, as this is an open tournament where anybody can play,” says WPH Director, Dave Vincent. “However, often times there is a cap of 32 players in the men’s pro bracket. Make sure to get your name into the on line or paper entry ASAP to reserve your place in the draw.”

“Possibly the biggest news is the return of ESPN3 lead by our team with Bruce Fabrizio & simple Green as the executive producers,” claims Vincent. “We are still ironing out the details, but it looks as if Indoor and Outdoor play will be on the network come October.”
Simple Green will head outdoor as well, when the top big ball 1 wall and 3 wall players move to the outside courts at Los Cab. WPH Outdoor will award Yellow Jerseys and Huge Ranking Points for those playing in either one wall big ball singles/doubles or three wall big ball singles or doubles (just one division will get ranking points).
