Recently inducted into the Northern California Handball Hall of Fame, Kevin was a gifted athlete, a lifelong Elk, loving husband and devoted father. He could fill a room with his booming laugh and his big smile and will be sorely missed.

Born in Sacramento to Albert and Lois Soulies, Kevin attended Christian Brothers HS, Hiram Johnson HS, Sacramento City College and Sacramento State. He worked at the CA State Assembly for 30 years.

Married to his adoring wife Susy in 1978, Kevin was loving, strong and supportive husband. His greatest source of pride was his children, son Casey and daughter Kelly, who gave him more joy than they will ever know.

He is survived by his sisters Devean (Stacy) and Kaleen (John), brother-in-law Smokey (Patty) and nieces and nephews Robbie, Lucy (Jeff), Andy, Daniel, Lila, Amy, Steven, Emma, Tim, Ari, Dani, Johnnica and Jennae.
