Featuring an open format, this event has grown into the biggest, most talked-about gig in the sport.  Much like the 3WB Outdoor World Championships in Vegas a month earlier, this tournament has a little bit of everything!  From the biggest prize money purse in the game to outdoor 1 & 3 Wall, indoor 4 wall and ESPN covering it all (by the WPHLiveTV film crew).

Speaking of the WPH, top Senior 40+ Men, Women’s, and Men’s Elite Pros will consider this stop a “ranked” event, as the seventh season of the 2017/18 WPH Race4Eight Professional Handball Tour returns to the place where it all started–The Simple Green US Open of Handball in Fountain Valley, CA.

The general theme is, Anyone Can Play, but do remember that each bracket will face player caps, so get your name into the hat now, don’t wait (first come-first serve).

*WPH Women will use the USHA Red 21 Ball; SR 40+ Players will use the WPH R48Pro Ball; Elite Men will use the R48Pro Ball.  All other divisions except Pro Doubles will use the USHA Ball when playing indoor.

WPH Outdoor will call this event the Season Finale, as all outdoor brackets will be used for final year-end ranking points.  All season-ending bonuses will be paid in California but you have to be entered and present to qualify for payment.  See the WPH for details.
